Start with the vehicle, not a generic promise
A tune needs to suit the engine, ECU, current condition and how the vehicle is used. Sidetrade begins with a scan and health check, then discusses the intended result before any supported change is made.
Common goals
- More usable drivability for daily or touring use
- Towing-focused response where suitable
- Economy-focused calibration where appropriate
- Injector coding and supported ECU settings
- Mobile service at your Perth location
What to send
Provide the make, model, year, engine, transmission, modifications and normal use. Mention any warning lights or faults. Compatibility, approach and pricing are confirmed only after reviewing the details.
Vehicle condition matters
Existing mechanical or electronic faults should be repaired first. Tuning cannot make a worn or faulty component healthy. If the vehicle has a warning light, derate, smoke concern or poor running, start with diesel diagnostics.
Find a supported vehicle
Search the tune finder for common vehicles. If yours is not listed, send its details—absence from the list does not automatically mean it is unsupported.
