What to tell us when you call
Have the vehicle make and model, exact location, reported symptoms and any warning messages ready. Also explain whether the vehicle is safely parked and accessible. That information helps Sidetrade assess the call-out before travelling.
Common call-out reasons
- No-start or difficult-start conditions
- Warning lights, derates and loss of power
- Air, fuel, cooling or electrical faults
- Leaks or visible component damage
- Unexpected shutdowns and poor running
- Assessment before towing or further repair
Repair or recovery?
Some faults can be diagnosed and repaired where the vehicle is stopped. Others need parts, workshop equipment or recovery. Sidetrade will explain the findings and the practical next step rather than promising a roadside fix before the vehicle is inspected.
