- Booked service work: $135 per hour plus GST, with a three-hour minimum
- Call-out work: from $285 plus GST
- Parts, consumables and additional agreed work are separate
The appropriate rate and likely scope are confirmed before the job. Travel, access, urgency, vehicle condition and the work required can affect the final price.
How to request a booking
- Send the vehicle, location, symptoms or requested service, preferred date and contact details.
- Sidetrade reviews the request and contacts you to confirm availability and the next step.
- A submitted form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, until Sidetrade confirms it with you.
Payment choices
The website enquiry form can be submitted without immediate payment. If the pay-now option is selected, you will be directed to Sidetrade's Square payment page. Square processes the card payment; do not put card details into the enquiry message.
Changes or questions
If the vehicle location, access, fault, timing or contact details change, call 0431 140 670 as soon as possible. Ask before booking if you need clarification about the work, rate or payment arrangement.
Breakdown safety
If a vehicle is in a dangerous position or live traffic lane, deal with immediate safety and contact the appropriate emergency or road authority before arranging mechanical attendance.
